Terms and Conditions of Offers

Users must first understand and be fully aware of the details and methods of purchase; this cannot be used as grounds for dispute.
Redemption Period: Products must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase (please contact customer service before collection).
Regarding delivery, goods will be dispatched within 3-7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is expected within approximately 13-20 working days after dispatch.
